At Tire Swing Pest Solutions, we’re committed to exceptional pest defense rooted in faith, family, and integrity. Below are our liability and service terms:

1. Scope of Liability
   Tire Swing Pest Solutions is not liable for damages, losses, or injuries due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including:

   • Pre-existing property conditions (e.g., structural damage, undisclosed infestations).

   • Acts of nature (e.g., flooding, storms).

   • Customer interference with treated areas post-service (e.g., cleaning within 24 hours, using DIY methods).

   • Allergic reactions or sensitivities to products, unless caused by our negligence.
     We are fully insured for your confidence, but liability is limited as outlined here.

2. Service Guarantee & Scope
   We’ll address persistent pest issues reported within 14 days of service, within the scope of your treatment plan. We handle common household pests (e.g., ants, big roaches, spiders). Specialty pests like German roaches, black widow spiders, and brown recluse spiders require separate, higher-cost treatments due to their complexity and risk. We do not treat termites or wildlife—those services are not yet available but may be in the future. Additional fees may apply for new infestations or non-compliance with post-treatment instructions.

3. Customer Responsibilities
   To ensure treatment effectiveness, customers must refrain from using their own pest control methods (e.g., chemicals, traps, or sprays) while under our care. Unauthorized treatments may interfere with our Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach, rendering our services ineffective. We cannot be held responsible for reduced efficacy in such cases.

4. Property Access & Responsibility
   By scheduling, you grant us access to treatment areas. We’re not liable for incidental damage from necessary access (e.g., moving outdoor items) unless due to gross negligence. Please secure pets, children, and belongings prior to service.

5. Pet Safety & Care
   We love all pets—our team has dogs, horses, and reptiles—and we prioritize their well-being in every treatment. We’ll move food/water bowls, toys, and beds as needed to avoid contamination. Rodenticides are always placed in locking bait stations in homes with children or pets. All product labels and emergency instructions are carried on our trucks for transparency and safety.

6. Lawn Sign Option
   With your permission, we may place a small “Property Protected by Tire Swing Pest Solutions” lawn sign on your property. It’s more than just a sign—it’s a powerful statement, nearly as good as word-of-mouth, showcasing your pest-free home while promoting our family-owned business. It’s excellent personal branding for us and a badge of pride for you. This is optional and can be declined at any time.

7. Product Use
   We use top-ranked, industry-approved, eco-friendly products per IPM standards, including the latest advancements on the market, all purchased from nationally respected wholesalers who only sell to licensed operators. We’re not liable for unintended effects (e.g., staining, plant damage) unless from improper application.

8. Payment Terms
   Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, checks, credit/debit cards (3.25% bank fee), CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle. Late payments may incur a fee, communicated in advance.

9. Cancellation Policy

10. Limitation of Damages
    Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We’re not responsible for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages (e.g., lost profits, relocation costs).
