GERMAN COCKROACH DEFENSE TREATMENT PROTOCOL

PRE-TREATMENT CHECKLIST

To ensure the best results, please complete the following steps before your service appointment:
  1. Clear Out Kitchen and Bathroom Cabinets
    • Empty all cabinets—especially under sinks and near appliances.
    • Store contents in sealed containers or bags outside the treatment area.
  2. Clean Thoroughly
    • Wipe down counters, stovetop, and inside cabinets if greasy or stained.
    • Vacuum and mop floors to remove food debris and roach droppings.
    • Take out the trash.
  3. Remove and Protect Food Items
    • Store all food in sealed containers or remove from the kitchen.
    • Remove pet food and water bowls during service.
  1. Fix Leaks and Dry Sinks
    • Repair dripping faucets and plumbing leaks.
    • Wipe down sinks and dry damp surfaces.
  2. Provide Access
      • Ensure easy access to the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry areas, and appliances.
      • Let us know about pets, sensitive individuals, or medical concerns in advance.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT YOUR INITIAL SERVICE APPOINTMENT:

It is recommended that all occupants (including pets) vacate the home for a minimum of 2 hours after
initial treatment.
This allows products to thoroughly dry and ensures any residual odors or aerosols have time to dissipate.
We will notify you when it’s safe to return.

WHAT TO EXPECT DURING TREATMENT:

  • We use professional baits, dusts, and insect growth regulators placed in hidden roach harborages.
  • You may see increased roach activity for 7–14 days as the treatment disrupts the infestation.
  • Do not wipe away or clean treated areas unless directed.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Do Not Use Over-the-Counter Sprays
    • These can interfere with our treatment and delay results.
  2. Avoid Cleaning Treated Areas for 10–14 Days
    • Let the baits and dusts work undisturbed.
  3. Maintain Sanitation
    • Keep surfaces clean and food sealed.
    • Continue to empty trash regularly and clean up crumbs or spills.
  4. Follow-Up Is Essential
    • Heavy infestations may require 2–3 follow-up visits spaced 2–3 weeks apart.
    • We’ll work with you to monitor and eliminate the infestation completely.
